We operate in full compliance with the Practice Assurance standards and ethical guidelines of the AAT and, where relevant, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

We agree fees with clients in advance based on the expected scope and complexity of the work. Any additional work or adjustments will be discussed and confirmed with you before proceeding.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurance is provided by QBE UK Ltd. The territorial coverage of our policy excludes the USA and Canada.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, manage our business obligations, and comply with legal requirements. Your data may be shared with authorised service providers (e.g. FreeAgent, IRIS, HMRC) but never sold or used for marketing without your consent.
